Enteral Nutrition Therapy

Enteral tube feeding is the preferred method

of nutritional support for a patient who has a functional GI tract but is unable or unwilling to consume an adequate oral diet. In these situations, a tube is placed in the nose, stomach, or small intestine and formula is fed through it to nourish the patient.

Pharmaceutical Specialties carries an extensive variety of difficult to find formulas by top manufacturers including Mead Johnson®, Nestle, Novartis, Ross, and SHS. We also stock a full range of supplies such as:

Enteral feeding pumps

G-tubes (gastrostomy tubes for placement in the stomach)

Our pharmacy is an approved DME distributor for patients with traditional Georgia Medicaid. Those with a Georgia Medicaid CMO (Peach State, Wellcare, or Amerigroup) would have to receive these services from their in-network provider(s).
